The Sun Valley Ticket Checker is often one of the first team members to welcome guests to the mountain. This guest-facing role is responsible for scanning lift tickets and passes, answering questions, and helping manage lift lines to ensure a safe, smooth, and friendly guest experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Scan lift tickets and season passes to confirm validity
- Redirect guests with invalid or missing passes to the nearest ticketing location
- Monitor and maintain an organized, safe flow in lift lines
- Provide resort information and answer guest questions with confidence and courtesy
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support mountain operations
Qualifications:
