Scope of Work: Troubleshooting | NDI to perform ping reflector test. Must equip a laptop with physical keyboard, no tablets. Ethernet cables (crossed and straight) to connect to a demarc device
Required Tools:
Laptop with Internet Access (w / adaptor o integrate)
Cisco Console cable compatible with tech's laptop and necessary adaptors and software to get access to cisco the router command prompt.
Any necessary tools for Telco equipment (Router, switches,) racking
AnyDesk installed in laptop.
