Title: Salesforce Business Analyst – Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Financial experience is a must have
3-7 years Salesforce (Sales & Service Cloud) experience – Financial Service Cloud experience Required
- Good understanding of Salesforce Data Models, Configurations, Integrations and Automation flows
- Write clear and actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
- Analyze and clean up technical debt in a legacy Salesforce org
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering and working sessions with stakeholders
- Design scalable Salesforce workflows and automation
- Communicate effectively with business users and technology teams, ensuring clear alignment and follow-ups
- Own documentation and tracking of requirements, decisions, and coordination with developers (agile methodology)
- Ensure solutions respect platform limitations and best practices
- Salesforce Admin Certification Required
