PositionSummary : The successfulcandidate shall have 3 years of asphalt roller experience and otherasphalt laborer experience is abonus.
Responsibilities :
Operate the asphalt roller to compact asphalt to the requiredspecifications ensuring proper compaction andsmoothness.
Accurately pinch jointsand edges to achieve a quality finished product with consistentdensity.
Understand and adhere to allcompany safety policies and procedures ensuring a safe workenvironment.
Perform routine maintenance such as greasing andcleaning of the roller.
Follow thedirection of the Foreman and Quality Control Technician executingthe prescribed rolling pattern to achieve the necessary density andsmoothness according to projectspecifications.
Assist with othertasks as needed
MinimumRequirements :
Must possessa valid Drivers License.
At least 3years of proven record of operating asphalt roller forfinishing
Ability to operate PaverScreed and perform other
Priorexperience working with Jr. Davis or Middlesex Corporation and Esensite development is abonus.
