Position Overview

We're seeking a dedicated Baker/Decorator to join our team during our busy Fall Festival season. This temporary position is perfect for students or anyone looking to earn extra income while working in a fun, festive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Decorate cookies, donuts, and other baked goods
• Bake delicious treats for our customers
• Provide excellent customer service and operate cash register
• Set up bakery area for daily operations
• Stock general store shelves with baked goods
• Maintain a clean and presentable work station
• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm
• Collaborate effectively with team members

Schedule & Hours

• Bakery Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM daily
• Peak Times: Weekends (when most customers visit)
• Commitment: 20-30 hours per week with flexible scheduling
• Season: September through October (busy Fall Festival period)

Requirements

• Age: 18 years old
• Availability: Minimum 20-25 hours per week
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently
• Comfortable standing entire shift on concrete floors
• Skills & Qualities:
• Punctual and hardworking
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Positive attitude and customer service mindset
