Position Overview
We're seeking enthusiastic seasonal food cashiers to join our food and beverage team for the fall season (mid-September through October). You'll be part of a team that loves to kindly take orders, efficiently prepare food, and quickly serve guests with a smile!
Schedule & Availability
- Hours: 10-30 hours per week
- Season: Mid-September through October (Seasonal/Temporary)
- Weekend Requirement: Must be available at least one weekend day
- Pay: up to $20 per hour [base pay tips]
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests to the food service area
- Take customer orders using our Toast POS system
- Prepare light food items (heat-and-serve items, sodas, ice cream floats, snow cones)
- Process online orders efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Restock supplies as needed
Essential Qualifications
- Ability to work 10-30 hours per week with at least one weekend shift
- Physical ability to sit, stand, stoop, and lift 25-50 lbs
- Comfortable being on feet for extended periods
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous food service experience
- Passion for creating positive guest experiences
- Food Handler's certification (required)
- TABC (required)
