Position Overview

We're seeking enthusiastic seasonal baristas to join our Food & Beverage team during our busy Fall Fest season in October. This is a perfect opportunity for those looking for flexible, part-time weekend work in a fun, family-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-volume coffee orders efficiently and accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service and care
• Operate point-of-sale system for transactions
• Serve grab-and-go donuts and coffee items
• Complete daily opening and setup procedures
• Stock bakery items and maintain inventory
• Maintain cleanliness of work station and surrounding areas
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Handle general cleaning duties including trash removal

Schedule & Hours

Farm Hours in October:

• Sunday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Friday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Position Requirements:

• Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (our busiest days)
• Minimum 15 hours per week commitment
• Flexible scheduling—choose your available weekend shifts and we'll create your schedule

Requirements

• Must be prompt, reliable, and maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must commit to at least 15 hours per week
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand for entire shift duration
• Must provide own non-slip shoes for safety

• Pay: Up to $20 per hour [includes tips]
• Expected Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week, up to 30 hours
