Key Responsibilities
- Handle a personal caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, and settlement negotiations.
- Assist in research, case strategy, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation projects.
- Maintain accurate time entries and case documentation.
- J.D. degree and active New Jersey Bar license required.
- 1-3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
