We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Cabinet Design Specialist to join our team. This position focuses on designing kitchen and bathroom layouts, preparing cabinet quotes, and assisting customers in selecting the right styles and finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients in the showroom and in-home to discuss design needs
- Create detailed cabinet layouts using design software (2020 Design and/or ProKitchen)
- Generate accurate quotes, material lists, and track orders
- Coordinate with installation teams and vendors to ensure accurate measurements and on-time delivery
- Manage project timelines and communicate updates to clients
- Maintain showroom displays and sample organization
- Provide exceptional customer service and design recommendations
- Already experienced in kitchen or bathroom cabinet design
- Already proficient in 2020 Design, ProKitchen, or similar design software
- Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
- Ability to read blueprints and understand spatial layouts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales or interior design background is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
