We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the People & Places (HR) organization through data-driven insights, process optimization, and strategic advisory. This role will be instrumental in supporting a global initiative, helping shape the tools, systems, and workflows used across the HR landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with People & Places (HR) leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze data and business requirements that support an enterprise-wide transformation initiative.
- Conduct data analysis to inform planning, prioritization, and strategic decision-making.
- Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation to capture current and future-state business processes.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements that guide systems development and integration.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner using visual aids, reports, and presentations.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven ability to collect, organize, and analyze large HR-related datasets.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Skilled in business process modeling and workflow mapping (e.g., using Visio or similar tools).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and understanding of HR data structures.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and ability to partner with technical teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across business and technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-informed solutions.
- Strategic thinking in the development and presentation of analyses to drive business decisions.
- Experience supporting change management and system implementation efforts in an HR environment.
