About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic, empathetic, and highly organized Internal Communications Lead to drive internal messaging that informs, inspires, and aligns employees across all levels and locations. In this role, you'll develop and execute communication strategies that connect people to our mission, values, and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage company-wide internal communications strategy and editorial calendar
- Craft and deliver clear, consistent messaging across multiple channels (email, intranet, Slack, town halls, newsletters, etc.)
- Partner with leadership and key departments (HR, Operations, IT, etc.) to communicate change initiatives, organizational updates, and key business milestones
- Lead planning and content creation for all-hands meetings, employee announcements, and executive messaging
- Create feedback loops to assess the effectiveness of communications and adjust strategies accordingly
- Foster a culture of transparency and inclusion through proactive, people-centered communication
- Support internal crisis communications in collaboration with the external comms and leadership teams
- Manage and evolve internal comms tools, channels, and best practices
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with internal communication platforms (e.g., Slack, SharePoint, Staffbase, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a collaborative mindset
- Bonus: experience in change management or HR communications
Salary : $67 - $88
