Delivery Project Manager ($75/hr)

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact programs and ensure successful end-to-end execution across Agile engagements. In this role, you will oversee project delivery, drive continuous improvement, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of Agile-based programs across a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals and business value.
• Develop and execute project delivery strategies, tailoring Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) to best suit client needs and organizational contexts.
• Coordinate globally distributed teams, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and high performance across all project phases.
• Define and track key delivery metrics to evaluate performance and drive iterative improvements in flow, quality, and value realization.
• Partner with clients to support digital transformation initiatives by aligning technical delivery with strategic business objectives.
• Provide thought leadership on Agile delivery, software engineering practices, and digital strategy to influence client decision-making and foster stakeholder buy-in.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maximizing business outcomes.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams and leadership levels, translating technical outputs into business value.
• Promote a culture of empowerment, self-organization, and continuous learning within teams to foster innovation and growth.
• Support pre-sales and proposal efforts by articulating delivery strategies, value propositions, and delivery models to prospective clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering large-scale Agile projects in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong background in Agile delivery methodologies, with hands-on experience in Scrum, SAFe, or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• Experience managing distributed, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global delivery environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels including senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to align project delivery with strategic goals and business value realization.
• Proficiency in Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence), project financials, burn rate analysis, and delivery metrics tracking.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a focus on coaching and continuous improvement.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of modern delivery models, digital transformation, and product engineering practices.
• Experience contributing to delivery best practices, mentoring peers, and growing delivery capability within an organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in design thinking, user-centered design, or hypothesis-driven development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile maturity assessments and engineering transformation frameworks.
• Strong analytical, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in multi-client environments with high visibility and accountability.
