Exciting Opportunity: Laboratory Chemist

Step into a fast-paced lab environment where you’ll lead standard laboratory formulations and applications chemistry with precision. You’ll be responsible for detailed observations, accurately recording data in both notebooks and spreadsheets, and managing multiple projects concurrently while effectively communicating your findings and progress to your supervisor.

In this dynamic role, you'll also interact directly with customers, providing project updates and presenting results. As you grow, you'll have the chance to give technical presentations, visit customer sites, and attend trade shows, building your industry knowledge and connections.

You'll work closely with your supervisor, sales, and commercial leaders to understand market needs and assist in developing new products, all while handling low to moderately hazardous chemicals with strict safety protocols.

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry
• 2 years of lab experience as a bench chemist in a chemical applications field (ie Industrial Fluids, cleaners, paints, coatings, cosmetics, adhesives, additives or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to deliver presentations at customer sites, trade shows, and industry meetings
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and take action
