- Manage all calls that come into the department from customers
- Respond to customers and wholesalers chats/messages that come in through the company website
- Assist customers with online order inquiries
- Maintain documentation in system
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in customer service assisting customers over the phone and online
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Detail oriented and can multitask
