Bid & Sales Manager ( railway rolling stock for public transit systems ) :
Conduct relevant business activities with predominantly public clients / public transit operators within the USA and Canada, overseeing the entire process from preparation to delivery and negotiation of proposals for railway / light rail rolling stock and projects involving public-private participation ( PPP )
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree, MBA will be a plus
- Senior level, minimum 10 years in the railway / light rail rolling stock manufacturing and engineering sector in such roles as : Sales Manager, Bid Manager, Proposal Manager, Tender Manager, Business Development Manager, etc
- Prior experience with PPP ( public-private participation ) projects
- Proven sales / commercial experience in handling products with technical complexity
- Excellent communication skills, effectively engaging with both business and technical leaders
- Must be able to travel domestically, to Canada and to Europe
