Overview:
- Build, maintain, and analyze project and program schedules in Primavera P6
- Develop cost loaded and resource loaded schedules
- Perform critical path analysis, schedule audits, and performance reviews
- Establish and manage baseline and current schedules
- Provide forward looking schedule forecasts and risk analysis
- Support earned value management and estimate to complete activities
- Manage dependencies across multiple IT and SAP workstreams
- Partner with project managers, finance, and vendors to align schedule and cost
- Communicate schedule risks and milestone impacts to leadership
Qualifications:
- 4 years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience
- Strong background in project controls and PMO environments
- Experience supporting large enterprise IT or capital programs
- Ability to analyze schedules, identify risks, and propose recovery plans
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills, including executive level interaction
