Senior Geotechnical Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to provide technical leadership across a wide range of geotechnical projects from planning and design through construction and closeout. This role oversees complex engineering work, mentors staff, ensures quality and safety, and supports client and business development efforts.
Responsibilities
• Lead delivery of routine and complex geotechnical projects
• Develop investigation programs conceptual designs and engineering approaches
• Plan schedule and manage technical engineering tasks and project execution
• Oversee advanced subsurface investigations and analysis methods
• Review approve and deliver high quality technical reports for clients
• Provide mentoring training and technical guidance to junior engineers
• Serve as an Authorized Project Reviewer per company standards
• Support proposals marketing and client development initiatives
• Identify manage project risks and ensure compliance with policies
• Promote safety culture and continuous quality improvement
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering (Master degree preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of geotechnical consulting experience in responsible charge after PE
• Strong communication leadership and technical review skills
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record
