Role Summary
Lead a team of machine builders in the assembly, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and hydraulic systems. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support machine builders during electrical and hydraulic assembly
- Assemble and wire control panels, motors, transformers, relays, and hydraulic power units
- Install hydraulic piping and hoses
- Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics and blueprints
- Test systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality standards are met
- Use a variety of electrical, hydraulic, and manual tools
- Communicate effectively and work independently or in a team environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical training or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3 years of leadership experience
- 5 years of machine-building experience with electrical and hydraulic systems
