Our client in the health and wellness space is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager, focused in mobile engagement, for a 5-month contract.
This Role Is
- Onsite in the western suburbs, 3-4 days/week
- 40 hours/week
- Starts ~September 1st - January 15th, 2026 (covering a maternity leave)
This role is critical in supporting app-based member engagement strategies during a team member's maternity leave. Key responsibilities include:
Campaign Execution And Coordination
- Lead weekly in-app newsletter planning: ideation, content coordination, copy and stakeholder alignment across email, push and mobile
- Support carousel and FBC content development, including light copy and proofreading, to route for approval
- Partner with creative and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality asset delivery
- Coordinate reviews, approvals and deployment timing across internal teams
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Attend regular check-ins with key partners across analytics, UX, email and mobile, and creative
- Represent Digital Subscriber engagement needs in ad-hoc meetings and working sessions
- Stay closely connected to in-app experience planning, including storefront updates and app-based initiatives
LIFECYCLE AND JOURNEY SUPPORT
- Assist in the building, optimizing and maintaining engagement journeys for new digital subscribers, active digital subscribers, lapsed subscribers, and former members.
- Repackage in-app content for email and other engagement channels
- Support creation of creative briefs, copywriting and tracking set-up
ANALYTICS AND STRATEGY SUPPORT
- Help aggregate and analyze campaign performance (in partnership with the Analytics team)
- Maintain dashboards and ticket backlogs
The Ideal Candidate
- 3 - 5 years' of experience in digital marketing or content marketing, preferably within mobile or app-based channels
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable flexing between content planning, copy support, approvals and analytics coordination.
- Familiar with lifecycle marketing, CRM/email approvals, and mobile content strategy is a plus
- Light copywriting and proofreading experience
- Confident in routing and securing approvals
- Data curious and eager to learn - able to work with analytics partners to derive insights and optimize campaigns
- Experience with PM tools, such as Jira or Confluence, is helpful
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
