Front Desk Admin (Brokerage Services)
Location Fort Myers, FL | Onsite

• $21/hr- $22/hour max | M-F, 8am -5pm

Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk reception, phone routing, and visitor check-in
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, FedEx, and client checks per internal procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation for check deposits and transaction records
- Provide real-time assistance to clients with general account inquiries
- Support internal RMD (Required Minimum Distribution) processes during fall cycle
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year of administrative, receptionist, or front-desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and shared document systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and accountability in daily tasks
Core Tools & Systems
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Internal CRM platforms (Redtail, Salesforce, or equivalents)
- Electronic check processing systems
- FedEx/USPS mail tracking
- Office phone systems
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with brokerage or financial services environments
- Experience handling confidential or regulated documentation
- Interest in learning financial transaction workflows
