We are seeking a Junior UAT Testers to support a high-visibility initiative within a leading financial services organization. This role is ideal for professionals with foundational UAT or QA experience who are eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The selected candidate(s) will be working alongside product managers, developers, and business analysts to validate application functionality and ensure business requirements are met—particularly within International Payments systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and scenarios
Perform detailed application testing to confirm alignment with business requirements
Log and track defects using Octane and JIRA, working closely with developers to drive resolution
Generate test summary reports and communicate findings with clarity
Collaborate with business stakeholders to review functionality and gather feedback
Participate in Agile ceremonies as needed to support testing cycles
Required:
1-2 years of UAT or QA testing experience (internship or project-based experience acceptable)
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Octane
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
Exposure to SQL for data validation
Experience testing financial applications or payment systems
Salary : $47 - $51
