- Strong proficiency in R to maintain existing and develop new analyses and datasets
- Hands-on experience working with CDISC SDTM datasets and clinical trial data structures
- Solid understanding of clinical trial workflows and data lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
- Experience with Python and/or SAS in a clinical programming context
- Experience generating CDISC SDTM submission packages
- Familiarity with CDISC validation tools such as Pinnacle 21 or CDISC CORE
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling teamwork with team members and cross-functional partners, either situated locally or remotely.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Current knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements related to clinical programming.
- Ability to apply programming expertise to problem solving and troubleshooting for teams
