Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, and Binance Smart Chain to meet project goals.
- Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts for token issuance, ICO sales, and governance functionalities.
- Build secure wallet integrations, payment gateways, and custody solutions for cryptocurrency transactions.
- Design and implement user-friendly ICO investor dashboards for token sales tracking and portfolio management.
- Set up blockchain infrastructure, including node management, monitoring systems, and cloud deployment using AWS or similar platforms.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations and integrate necessary systems for investor verification and transaction auditing.
- Document technical architecture, APIs, and system setups for internal and external use.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in blockchain development, including smart contracts and token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721).
- Expertise in Solidity or Rust and familiarity with Web3 libraries such as ethers.js or web3.js.
- Strong full-stack development experience with frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular and back-end technologies like Node.js and Python.
- Knowledge of blockchain security best practices, including key management and multi-signature wallets.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience launching ICOs, IDOs, or token sale projects.
- Familiarity with blockchain consensus mechanisms such as PoS, PoW, or DPoS.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and applications.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks for ICOs and cryptocurrency projects.
