Tarvos Talent is partnering with a fast-growing, operations-driven organization is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to help build and scale its learning function. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to design programs from the ground up and support both corporate and field-based teams across multiple locations.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage technical, soft skills, leadership, and compliance training programs
- Create and facilitate in-person, virtual, and e-learning courses
- Partner with managers to assess training needs and map development plans
- Lead apprenticeship, rotational, and train-the-trainer initiatives
- Coordinate third-party training and certifications
- Maintain training records and manage the LMS
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of learning & development experience (HR-based preferred)
- Experience supporting operations or blue-collar workforces
- Proven ability to build training programs from scratch
- Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with e-learning tools and LMS platforms
- Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus
