Active Adult Community located in Lakewood, NJ in search of an office Assistant .


Job Summary: In accord with the decisions and policies of The Board of Directors, this full-time position shall provide administrative and customer service support required for the effective operation of the Management Office.

Qualifications: Organized, self-motivated, detail oriented. Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner. Good written and oral communication skills. Computer literate

(Microsoft Word, Excel, Email) and be trained to utilize other computer programs, used by the

association.

Essentia| Job Responsibilities/Functions:

c. Provide Association forms and assist in completion as needed.

d. Answer general inquiries regarding Association business.

e. Enter new resident information/work orders.

a. Assist new homeowners/residents in completing required forms for database input.

b. Issue homeowner access which includes Association access FOBs and gate access windshield stickers for residents and authorized guests.

c. Responsible for compiling a Welcome Packet for new residents that contains current Association forms and information.

To effectively perform the duties outlined in this job description requires interaction between the Community Manager, Assistant Community Managers and the Administrative Assistant. This requires knowledge of the type of work that is being performed and the quality that is expected.
