Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, protection from abuse, and adoption
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and court filings
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Prepare for and appear in court hearings, mediations, and conferences
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, guidance, and compassionate support
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in case management systems
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
- 2β5 years of family law experience preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-stakes and emotionally charged situations with professionalism and care
- Familiarity with local court rules and procedures in Bucks County and surrounding areas
