- Investigate budget variances and provide support to department managers
- Lead annual budget and quarterly forecasting cycles across departments
- Implement process improvements in monthly reporting activities
- Analyze financial data sources and ensure reporting accuracy
- Provide firm-wide consulting in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and data-driven decision making
- Maintain and update budget business rules in Oracle
💼 Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years in a law firm environment
- Strong knowledge of Oracle (Smartview & Financial Reporting Studio), Aderant, and Excel
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
- Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams
Comp: $100,000 - $110,000, Hybrid 3 days onsite
