A highly respected, nationally recognized law firm with a proven history of success is looking to add both a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney and Trial Attorney to its growing team. This position offers the flexibility to be based in either the Boca Raton or Miami office. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned litigator to take on high-stakes cases and make a meaningful impact within a collaborative and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and bad faith claims
- Drive case strategy and manage all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution
- Oversee depositions, mediations, and trials as lead counsel
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support professionals
- Support business development and client relationship efforts
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 percentage of attorney fees
- Retirement: 401(k) with employer match

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Active Law License
- Demonstrated success with high-stakes personal injury matters
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
