Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex insurance defense matters
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff
- 160 Billable Hours/Month
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- Licensed to practice in Texas
- Strong litigation and case management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $175,000–$250,000 (commensurate with experience) Billable Bonus
