*Description*
One of TEKsystems' clients, the nation's leader in the production of construction aggregates and a major producer of construction materials is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join their team.
The PMO was recently formed as the company is going through a large digital transformation. As a result of the digital transformation, the strategy is for the PMO to have the resources for each Project Manager to support a specific line of business; and, for this role, the Project Manager will support the Financial/Accounting LOBs. We are looking for a seasoned project manager who has experience going through a large digital transformation, specifically with the implementation of financial and accounting systems. The company is implementing OneStream (financial software) and are a large Oracle shop (implementing Oracle Fusion).
Generally, we are looking for a project manager to be able to manage projects from A to Z from project charter builds to project planning, stakeholder management, etc. Since the PMO is new, a strong fundamental understanding of project management principles and best practices is required. Internally, there is a push to implement Agile/Scrum in a better way so any PM with Agile experience would be very beneficial.
