What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Desk Analyst position at TEKsystems?

*Description:*
* Resolve incidents and more complex work orders for our IT Users remotely through all intake methods.
* Assist Incident Management and the EOC with notification and resolution during system/application outages
* Resolve work orders following documented steps and training
* Other duties as assigned

Weekend Shift (30 min lunch unpaid and three 15 min breaks paid)
Sat 2am - 2pm

Tues 8am-5:30pm
Skills:
* Strong Verbal and written communication skills
* Problem solving skills
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
* Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.
* Knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software and internet directory services software.
* Knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
* IT Customer Service Experience
* Ticket Tracking System Experience
*Experience Level:*
Intermediate Level
