Job Title: Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Tenet Massachusetts. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing, promoting a culture of safety and excellence in patient care.

Requirements:
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing.
- A valid RN license in the state of practice or policy, as well as CPR certification.
