Key Responsibilities: Coordinate planning of annual goals and manage routines to track progress throughout the year utilizing company data sources Coordinate across stakeholders and prepare materials for: Quarterly Business Reviews Operating Committee meetings Risk Committee meetings Special Project Meetings Other key stakeholder meetings Consult with leadership team in evaluating current processes/functions, develop strategies to improve, and be accountable to drive changes. Coordinate with Finance & Business Management team to complete required business unit financial reporting and business management deliverables; high collaboration with this team is required to assess business performance on-going and identify opportunities for optimal cost management and continuous improvements Partners closely with Project Management Office to ensure timely delivery of business unit related projects/programs (as applicable) Coordinate management/meeting routines across business unit; attend meetings, track actions, and follow up to completion Coordinate employee communications and engagement efforts Construct and coordinate market trips and assist with client event coordination Manage adherence to compliance efforts according to company-wide standards (business continuity, records retention, compliance training, etc.) Lead analyst level staff to complete assigned business enablement responsibilities as assigned and across focused projects Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in banking/financial services; prefer experience working in [Commercial banking, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, etc.] Proficient using Salesforce and Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Advanced skill in Excel and PowerPoint. Proactive planning skills with meticulous attention to detail, follow up, and execution. Must have ability and demonstrated experience creating effective senior executive presentations that distill complex information into key, concise messages. Clear and articulate communicator who can interact across levels of the organization and markets with executive presence. Ability to synthesize data and identify areas for improvement, challenge, recommend and drive actions Ability to prioritize requests and workload accordingly to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations with an ability to quickly resolve issues and deliver on expectations. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and critical thinking with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to navigate the complexity of gaining buy in, building consensus, and resolving conflicts.
