Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Manager
Location: Wichita, KS
Schedule: Full-Time, Days (No Weekends)
Pay Range: $77,000 - $115,000/year (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
Position Overview
We are seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Manager to lead and coordinate daily operations within the cardiovascular departments across multiple campuses. This role demands a skilled leader with strong clinical and leadership abilities, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while fostering a collaborative team environment. The manager will oversee:
- Cath Labs (two campuses)
- Electrophysiology Labs (two campuses)
- Echo Services (two campuses)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate the daily operations of the cardiovascular departments.
- Assist with workflow management and act as the director in their absence.
- Manage team development, including handling disciplinary issues, coaching, and staff building.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with department leads to ensure seamless operations.
- Step in to handle complex cases as needed.
Monthly Department Volume
- Cath Lab (Main Campus): 140-170 procedures
- Cath Lab (Secondary Campus): 40 procedures
- Electrophysiology Labs (Both Campuses): 50-60 cases
- Echo Procedures (Both Campuses): 600-700 procedures
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Nursing program
- Bachelor's degree required
Licensure:
- Current ARRT certification and Kansas certification as a Radiologic Technologist, OR
- Active RN license in Kansas or Multi-State RN License
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Experience:
- Strong experience as a Cath Lab RN or RT
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
