Job Summary:
We are a 300 bed hospital, is seeking a dynamic Director of Surgical Services. Lead our perioperative team, focusing on safe patient care and effectively managing operations.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of recent acute care experience in a similar role, or extensive managerial experience in acute care
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
- Current registered nurse license
- CNOR and CSSM certifications preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the perioperative team
- Ensure the delivery of quality services in compliance with policies, procedures, and professional standards
- Monitor compliance, oversee PI programs, and promote patient safety
- Develop strategies to enhance surgical services and patient care
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and community partners
