- Bachelor’s degree or three years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills
- Experience using Texas State software, including Banner, Courseleaf, Logi, Slate, and EMS.
- Experience working in an academic department at a university
- Knowledge of Texas State University policies and procedures
