In this role, you will:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the consumer lending team on lending questions and/or issues that arise.
- Ensures staff has the skill, knowledge and resources to perform all aspects of their job successfully. Plans and leads department discussions/meetings for training, development and educational purposes.
- Monitors efficiencies and continually looks for ways to improve processes.
- Assists with the underwriting for both Indirect and Direct consumer loans.
- Leads and assists with various lending projects from start to finish including the development, testing, and implementation phases.
- Demonstrate flexibility to perform every other duty as assigned.
We need you to have:
- A strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
- Ability to think analytically, using data to support recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, influence and inspire teams
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A college degree.
- Two to five years of Financial or Lending experience.
- Prior management experience.
- Prior project management experience.

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
