This role plays a critical part in balancing supply and demand, improving on-time delivery performance, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations. THIS POSITION IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR VISA SPONSORSHIP. How you will do it Create Monthly / Quarterly production Plans for finished goods and subassemblies to meet inventory and service goals, considering capacity constraints and resource availability. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to align production plans with business objectives. Review and maintain planning parameters such as lead time, order interval, safety stock levels, demand forecast, and lot size for all products planned through MPS. Prepare the information and data required for the MPS meeting for the various product families, gather accurate data, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all planning parameters are up to date. Analyze Performance Metrics such as Service level performance, forecast accuracy, Schedule adherence, Inventory turnover. Actively participate in weekly supply and demand alignment meetings, daily production briefings, and Gemba walks to support continuous improvement and operational visibility. Monitor and adjust schedules to address changes in demand, supply disruptions, or capacity constraints. Analyze capacity and material availability to ensure feasibility of the production plan. What we look for Required Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, LeanDNA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. APICS CPIM certification is a plus.
