Finance Director – Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead accounting and finance operations for a manufacturing organization based near Mission, Texas. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility across U.S. and Mexico operations. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are available.
Key Highlights
- Location: near Mission, TX area
- Hybrid schedule – in office 1–2 days per week
- Travel: 10–20% initially, then ~10% (Mexico locations)
- Relocation & visa sponsorship provided
Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting and finance functions including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and close
- Drive financial strategy, cost control, and operational performance in a manufacturing environment
- Partner with plant and executive leadership across U.S. and Mexico operations
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and strong internal controls
- Manage and develop the finance team
Requirements
- 10 years of finance experience within manufacturing
- Proven leadership in accounting/finance roles
- Strong cost accounting and operational finance background
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Experience supporting cross-border or Mexico operations preferred
