We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant. This role will play a key part in financial reporting, close processes, cost accounting support, and process automation using advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting fundamentals, experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, and the ability to streamline reporting through macros and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Produce accurate financial statements and management reporting
- Build and maintain advanced Excel models, dashboards, and automated reports using macros / VBA
- Improve and streamline accounting and reporting processes through automation and system enhancements
- Assist with internal and external audits and ensure SOX/internal control compliance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–8 years of progressive accounting experience
- Manufacturing, Logistics, and/or distribution industry experience required
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills required (macros, VBA, complex formulas, pivot tables)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar)
- CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
