Summary
The Assisted Living Nurse Supervisor provides clinical support for one 20 bed assisted living household and one 20 bed memory care household in the Sam L. Cohen Households and works under the supervision of the Residential Care Director, RN. The Nurse Supervisor oversees the direct care staff, observes resident conditions and follows up on changes, updates the service plans, completes assessments and monthly assessments, conducts quality control, and communicates with the families with any changes in status. This position collaborates with the household coordinator and clinical lead on each household and ensures person-centered and resident directed culture.
Qualifications
- Requires a current State of Maine RN or LPN license.
- Proven experience in medication administration and assisted living settings.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
