Per Diem Maintenance Technician
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures; and as may be directed by supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.

Requirements:
Prior housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial experience helpful. Experience in service oriented industry desired. Ability to perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, and plastering, electrical, carpentry and mechanical skill. Snow removal a must.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2-5 years' experience in construction/maintenance function preferred.
