General Manager

An exclusive, invitation-only speakeasy Omakase restaurant is seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to craft and deliver an elevated cocktail and dining experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience opening high-end concepts is a plus.
- Sushi/Omakase Knowledge: Familiarity with sushi or Omakase-style dining.
- Proven experience in developing specialty cocktail menus and programs.
- Speakeasy Experience: Background in exclusive, intimate bar or lounge environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service in an intimate, invitation-only setting, ensuring every guest experience is memorable.
- Lead and inspire a small team of five, executing elevated steps of service with precision and care.
- Develop a unique and innovative cocktail program that complements the Omakase dining experience.
- Actively engage with guests to enhance the personal and exclusive feel of the venue.
