Coastal Italian-inspired waterfront restaurant in Miami, FL is looking for a General Manager to join their team!

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years as a GM or higher
  • Proven/long term/verifiable tenure
  • No more than 3 jobs in last 5 years
  • Fine dining and upscale causal background
  • Volume of $18 - $20M
  • Experience managing large teams (5-10 managers, and FOH teams of 50 )
  • Italian or Mediterranean cuisine experience a huge plus
Responsibilities:
  • Leading all FOH operations at $30M operation
