Position: Social Media Manager

Essential Job Functions:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals
- Create and curate engaging content for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Plan and execute social media calendars, campaigns, and promotions
- Monitor SEO, user engagement, and web traffic metrics
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the Head of School and Board of Directors to ensure brand consistency
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports
- Stay up-to-date with trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices
- Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
- Experience with content management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense
