Responsibilities
- Sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dish room, kitchen aisle and dock area.
- Proper use of dish machine; dishware washing, pot washing; sorting and storing all clean china, glass and flatware.
Qualifications
- Able to lift heavy objects.
- Guest-focused personality.
- Good physical health.
- Self-starting individual.
- Has a cool, organized disposition.
- Honest.
- Fully Bilingual a Must(Spanish/English).
