Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Oversee and maintain accurate financial records including debits, credits, and payroll functions.
• Utilize Sage (Peachtree) accounting software to manage and streamline financial data and reporting.
• Process and manage AIA pay applications with accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and implement innovative process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and support the company's growth and scalability.
• Support corporate accounting functions, financial analysis, and budgeting efforts.
• Prepare reports, statements, and other financial documents as required.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop effective accounting methods and reporting systems.
• Assist with general office administration and provide clerical support as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Sage (Peachtree); experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Proven experience with AIA pay applications and corporate accounting functions.
• Deep understanding of general ledger accounting, debits/credits, and financial reconciliation.
• Proficient in 10-key typing and financial software tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to contribute ideas and improvements to streamline processes.
• Proactive, hands-on professional who is not afraid to get involved at all levels of the organization.
