Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Installations: Lead HVAC installations in residential and light commercial settings.
- Service & Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system malfunctions accurately and efficiently.
- System Inspections: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure peak system performance.
- Customer Service: Clearly communicate with customers, explaining issues and solutions in a friendly, professional manner.
- Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate service records and work orders.
- 5 years of experience as an HVAC installer/technician.
- EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain); additional HVAC certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, basements, rooftops, and other challenging environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compensation & Pay: Weekly pay cycle, performance and sales bonuses.
