Job Overview

Instant Aire is seeking highly motivated HVAC Installers to join our expanding installation team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems with precision, professionalism, and care. Key Responsibilities

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Lay out and connect electrical wiring and control systems
• Test systems for proper functionality and compliance
• Ensure all installations meet local code and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean worksite
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Operate company tools and vehicles responsibly
• Maintain detailed documentation and installation records
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Journeyman's license or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of HVAC systems
• Ability to interpret blueprints and installation instructions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Highly motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
