Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and routine service calls on HVAC systems
- Repair, maintain, and install heating and cooling units for residential and commercial customers
- Accurately document all services and communicate findings and recommendations to customers
- Ensure systems comply with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and attitude
- Operate company-provided vehicles safely and responsibly
- Uphold company reputation for excellence with each customer interaction
- Follow company procedures and complete service tickets efficiently
- 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills in HVAC systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and dependable with a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- No specific education or certifications required
